Competition Organizer Best Practices

Follow these guidelines to become a professional and trusted organizer:

  1. Plan Structure First: Create Main & Sub Captions thoroughly before creating events. Mid-way changes can confuse participants.
  2. Use Reusable Compositions: Create compositions that can be used in multiple similar events for judging consistency.
  3. Brief Judges Before Event: Ensure all judges understand Content & Achievement criteria in each sub-caption before judging begins.
  4. Backup Data Regularly: Download CSV/PDF score recaps regularly as data backup.
  5. Finalize Only When All Done: Ensure all judges have submitted scores before finalize. Check judge monitoring dashboard.
  6. Communicate with Participants: Use notification and email features to maintain professional communication with participants.
