Participant Account Registration

Begin your journey as a competition knight by registering as a participant:

  1. Open the Register page and select "Participant" role
  2. Fill in complete data: Full Name, Email, Username, Password
  3. Select your team's City and Country
  4. Verify email through the activation link sent to inbox
  5. Login for the first time and complete your team profile
Pro Tip
Use a clear and professional team name as it will be displayed on the leaderboard and certificates.
Security Note
Keep your password safe. Email will be used to receive event finalization notifications and champion announcements.

Login to Participant Account

Log in to the system to access all participant features:

  1. Open the Login page
  2. Enter your registered email or username
  3. Enter password and click Login button
Note
If you forget your password, use "Forgot Password" feature to reset via email. You can also choose language (ID/EN) before login.

Dashboard is where you view all events you joined and your performance:

You can only view score details after the event is Completed (finalized by organizer).

View Your Score Details

After event completion, you can view judging details transparently:

What You Can View

  • Content & Achievement Scores per sub-caption from each judge
  • Average score per sub-caption (if multiple judges)
  • Final score after weight calculation
  • Your ranking compared to other participants in the same event
  • Criteria descriptions to understand what was judged

How to Access Scores

  1. Login to participant dashboard
  2. Click event with Completed status
  3. Click "Score Recap" button or icon
  4. View detailed scores per sub-caption with complete breakdown
Important
Scores can only be viewed after event is finalized by organizer. During Active status, scores are not yet available.
Single Score Mode
Some sub-captions use Single Score Mode, where only Content Score is judged (without Achievement Score). The "🎯 SINGLE" indicator will appear next to such sub-captions.

Weighted Score Recap

View final score calculations considering the weight of each sub-caption:

Weighted Recap Features

  • Raw scores from each judge
  • Weight (%) of each sub-caption per composition
  • Weighted scores (raw × weight)
  • Total final score that determines your ranking

Understanding the Weight System

Each sub-caption has different weight according to the composition set by organizer. Sub-captions with higher weight contribute more to your final score.

Calculation Formula
Sub-Caption Score = ((Content + Achievement) / 2) × (Weight / 100). For Single Mode: Score = Content × (Weight / 100). Final total score is the sum of all sub-caption scores.

Manage Participant Profile

Keep your team's digital identity professional and up-to-date:

Profile Management Features

Team Profile Photo

Upload team logo or photo (max 5MB, JPG/PNG/WebP)

Edit Information

Update team name, username, and home city

Change Password

Change password minimum 6 characters for security

Team Identity

View unique Role Code for event verification

Important
Email and Role cannot be changed as they are linked to authentication system. Contact admin if changes needed.

Logout Securely

Securely end your session after checking scores and information:

  1. Click icon or Logout button at top right
  2. Session will be automatically deleted from system
  3. You will be redirected back to login page
Security Note
Always logout after finishing, especially on public computers or shared with other teams.
Important Reminder
Don't close browser without logging out on shared devices. Others could access your account and score data!

Participant Best Practices

Follow these guidelines to become a professional and successful participant:

  1. Understand Judging Criteria: Read Content & Achievement descriptions in each sub-caption before competition. Understand what judges evaluate.
  2. Evaluate After Competition: After event completion, study score details to identify your team's strengths and areas for improvement.
  3. Download Documentation: Always download score recap in PDF/CSV as archive for evaluation and coach reports.
  4. Maintain Account Confidentiality: Don't share password with others. Use strong passwords and change them periodically.
  5. Give Constructive Feedback: Report bugs or suggest features through Feedback menu. Your input helps improve the system.
  6. Monitor Event Status: Check dashboard regularly to see event status updates (Draft → Active → Completed).
